Arrange a first conversation

Tell us about the change you are dealing with: the system, what has to change, and what cannot break. Every message is read and answered in writing.

Email: hello@industrial.org.uk

Or answer a few questions:

Step 1 of 5 What's prompting this?

Pick the closest one. You can tell us the rest in a moment.

Step 2 of 5 Which systems are involved?

Pick as many as apply. A rough answer is fine — we'll find the rest.

Step 3 of 5 What would be most useful first?

This shapes the first conversation, not what you end up buying.

Step 4 of 5 Is there a date driving it?

A date changes what we would recommend, so it is worth saying.

Step 5 of 5 How do we reach you?

Four lines and this is with us. Only the first three are needed.

How would you like me to reply?

What you send goes to one inbox that I read. We use it to answer you and nothing else. What we do with it.

What happens next

  1. We read it and reply in writing. If it is not work we should take on, the reply says so, and where we can, who might.

  2. A first conversation, free. You describe the change. I ask what done looks like, who decides and what cannot break. Bring the sponsor and the BA if you can.

  3. If there is a fit, a written statement of work from Industrial™: deliverables, milestones, a fixed price in pounds, exclusions, and what we need from you.

What it will cost is on /engagements/ before you write.

If the change needs AI, write to AI UVD instead: https://aiuvd.com/contact/

What we do with what you send: /privacy/. Writing to us does not put you on any list.

Every engagement is architected by me, and I'm the person you deal with.
